1. What are your basic charges?
We normally give you a per unit quote plus an initial setup charge that includes artwork.

2. Will I have to pay a set-up every time I order?
On most jobs you only pay once fot the set-up cost.

3. Will I have to pay any tooling charges?
With very rare exceptions, you will have no tooling charges no matter what design specifications require.

4. Is there a minimum order quantity?
We pride ourselves in the best service possible and that includes no limit on order quantities!

5. What do i need to provide as artwork?
We can work from a basic sketch up to a complete digital file. The minimum you will need to provide are rough dimensions, quantity required and nature of usage. We have full in house graphic capabilities and years of experience so we can get your job done hassle free.

6. Will I be able to check and approve my layout before production?
Yes. We normally show you the final artwork for your approval to provide a chance for any last minute changes.

7. What electronic formats do you accept?
We can work with most common formats including .cdr, .pdf, .dwg, .ai, .eps, .jpeg, .tif, .doc, .dxf, .xls, .ppt.

8. Do you have set sizes labels and nameplates?
No. Our products are customised to your specifications without expensive up front costs.

9. Do you provide samples?
Yes. We can often provide you a similar examples of our products - just let us know what you're interested in.

10. What methods of shipping do you use?
Australia Post, TNT, local couriers or we deliver ourselves. Pick up is always welcome.

11. What payment methods do you accept?
EFT payments, Bank cheques, money orders , Paypal and cash.

12. I've already made an order with you, how do payments by credit card or paypal?
